Pap-Sziget is an ancient wooded island near the old part of Szentendre, Hungary.  Nearly 1/3 of the island is 35,000 sqm. The 3.5-hectare area has 200 meters of direct Danube shore. The area is suitable for many functions, including the construction of a high-quality resort, a hotel, luxury apartments, a high-quality care center for the elderly, thermal and spa facilities, a marina and a conference center. The island has thermal water. The property has a 10% use of thermal water, the remaining 90% is subject to agreement with the city. The thermal well bursts from a particularly high-quality, significantly deeper-than-average aquifer, 1860 m deep, so it is rich in minerals, with a temperature of 50 C and an abundant yield of 1,500 l / min.
